Roussanne, Marsanne, and Viognier have been partnered in southern France for centuries. Notes of stone fruit and citrus lead the palate, with peach, apricot, and hints of nectarine. Subtle floral aromas and gentle honeyed richness add complexity, while soft acidity carries through to a smooth, rounded finish.
Languedoc’s Mediterranean climate provides abundant sunshine balanced by cooling coastal breezes. Limestone and clay soils help retain moisture in the dry landscape, allowing vines to thrive while concentrating flavour in the fruit. These conditions support expressive white wines, where Rhône varieties develop ripe stone fruit character while maintaining freshness and balance.
This wine’s signature food pairing is herb-roasted chicken, but it’s also a great match for grilled seafood topped with fresh parsley, or lemon ricotta spaghetti with roasted vegetables.

Varietal Marsanne
Marsanne is famous in the Rhone region of France and is also grown in Spain, Australia, New Zealand and the United States. It is one of two only white grapes allowed in Rhone's Crozes-Hermitage appellation. Marsanne is a famous blending partner of Roussanne. Marsanne has aromas of honeysuckle and primary flavours of quince, orange, apricot and acacia.
Varietal Roussanne
Roussanne is one of only 2 white grapes allowed to be grown Crozes-Hermitage appellation in the Rhone region of France where it is often blended with Marsanne- the other white allowed. Roussanne plays a major role in the wines from the Northern Rhone region and are often considered some of the best white wine expressions in the world! Roussanne is a rare full-bodied white. Roussanne has aromas of citrus and chamomile and flavours of stoned fruit and a touch of honey. It has good structure with good acidity and a refreshing finish.
Varietal Viognier
A rich, white wine that originated in the Northern Rhône and is rapidly growing in popularity in California and beyond. A heady and aromotic wine that offers flavours of tangerine, peach, mango and honeysuckle. With its perfumed aromas- Viognier is often blended with other grapes to provide an aromatic boost to the finished wines.
Region Languedoc, France
The Languedoc is one of the largest wine regions in the world. It is in the sunny South of France situated along the French Mediterranean coast. The vineyards benefit from the Mediterranean climate with several hours of warm sunshine and cool nights from the sea breezes. They are known for their plentiful land with soil ranging from rocky sand to thick clay making it an ideal place to grow grapes.

Dry wines like Cabernet and Pinot Grigio have no perceptible amount of sweetness to the drinker and will often be detected as having a drying character in the mouth.

Great for food, medium bodied wines typically have alcohol levels below 14% and less oak.
