A fresh, fruit-driven blend of Chenin Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc. Soft citrus aromas with subtle green notes. Fresh citrus and pear flavours are forefront with notes of gooseberry, tropical fruit, and hints of lemon peel. Serve lightly chilled to emphasize the zesty acidity and crisp finish.
The Riverland region in South Australia surrounds the long and winding Murray River. The vital water source contributes to fertile soils and allows for irrigation in the intense dry heat. The Continental climate and long sunny days make for vibrant, fully ripened grapes.
This wine’s signature food pairing is Smoked salmon crostini but it’s also a great match for Cashew chicken, or summer salads.

Varietal Chenin Blanc
Originating in the Loire Valley of France, Chenin Blanc is now grown around the world. Chenin Blanc is perfect for making bright summer wines but is versatile enough to be used for sparkling and dessert wines as well. Chenin Blanc has a reputation for producing high-quality dry wines. Chenin Blanc pairs well with a variety of foods and is perfect for sweet or sour dishes with its bright acidity.
Varietal Sauvignon Blanc
Native to the Bordeaux region of France, Sauvignon Blanc is now planted world-wide including New Zealand, California and Chile and many other growing regions. Sauvignon Blanc ranges from crisp, dry and in California to over the top aromatics and fruit when expressed by New Zealand winemakers.
Region Riverland Region, Australia
Southern Australia’s picturesque wine region is located east of the Barossa Valley and extends for over 300km along the Murray River. This long-established region has more Chardonnay plantings than all the Southern wine growing regions combined in Australia. Chardonnay from this region is vibrant with ripe flavours and oak is often used to support the richness of the wines and add further complexity. Riverland’s continental climate, flat terrain and long hours of sunshine mean the vines receive consistent, quality sunlight, greatly reducing their chance of disease and ensuring fully ripe, flavourful fruit. The Riverland region is the largest producer of wine in all of Australia. The scenic region is located east of the Barossa Valley and extends along the Murray River for more than 300km. The hot, dry continental climate with endless sunshine and cool nights makes the region one of the most perfect places for growing grapes. With minimal rainfall in the region the Murray River provides much-needed water to the area’s vineyards to help irrigate the vines to ensure fully ripe and flavourful fruit. It a place that where citrus and stone fruit tress are abundant and where world class grapes are grown alongside the wildlife filled wetland and the mighty Murray River.

Dry wines like Cabernet and Pinot Grigio have no perceptible amount of sweetness to the drinker and will often be detected as having a drying character in the mouth.
