This blend brings together two distinct varietals in Semillon and Gewürztraminer, creating an approachable, balanced wine. Aromatic notes of lychee, white peach, and citrus blossom are interwoven with subtle spice and floral hints, adding depth and complexity. Riverland, in South Australia, offers warm, sunny days tempered by cooler nights, producing grapes with concentrated fruit and bright natural acidity. Sandy loam and alluvial soils retain just enough moisture to support steady vine growth, allowing the grapes to fully ripen while maintaining freshness. These conditions create expressive white wines that are aromatic, balanced, and vibrant.
This wine’s signature food pairing is fresh linguine with clams, but it’s also a great match for vermicelli rice noodle salad with lemongrass chicken, or soft cheese and olive oil crostini.

Varietal Gewürztraminer
Although not an easy grape to grow- it is definitely worth the effort. Gewürztraminer is unmistakable in its heady, aromatic intensity, with a fragrance of lychee, tropical fruit and even rose petals. A very unique off-dry wine that is very, very drinkable. It’s a perfect wine to enjoy with spicy dishes and is a treat with a simple snack like salted nuts or potato chips.
Varietal Semillon
Semillon originates from Bordeaux the Bordeau region of France but now thrives worldwide. Semillon offers zesty citrus, honey, and a hint of nuts. Semillon is the grape of famous and expensive, sweet Sauturnes dessert wine shines as a dry wine when on its own or in a blend.
Region Riverland Region, Australia
Southern Australia’s picturesque wine region is located east of the Barossa Valley and extends for over 300km along the Murray River. This long-established region has more Chardonnay plantings than all the Southern wine growing regions combined in Australia. Chardonnay from this region is vibrant with ripe flavours and oak is often used to support the richness of the wines and add further complexity. Riverland’s continental climate, flat terrain and long hours of sunshine mean the vines receive consistent, quality sunlight, greatly reducing their chance of disease and ensuring fully ripe, flavourful fruit. The Riverland region is the largest producer of wine in all of Australia. The scenic region is located east of the Barossa Valley and extends along the Murray River for more than 300km. The hot, dry continental climate with endless sunshine and cool nights makes the region one of the most perfect places for growing grapes. With minimal rainfall in the region the Murray River provides much-needed water to the area’s vineyards to help irrigate the vines to ensure fully ripe and flavourful fruit. It a place that where citrus and stone fruit tress are abundant and where world class grapes are grown alongside the wildlife filled wetland and the mighty Murray River.

Dry wines like Cabernet and Pinot Grigio have no perceptible amount of sweetness to the drinker and will often be detected as having a drying character in the mouth.
