A wine kit is the box of grape juice and concentrate that we use to produce your wine. Andrew Peller Limited balances and blends the grape juice and concentrate for each style of wine, flash pasteurizes it and ships it to us in a bag in box format. You’ll notice that as our price per bottle goes up the size of the wine kit goes up and the corresponding quality of the finished wine goes up- more juice and concentrate means more body, flavour and aromatics for you. For Bottling Your Wine:

If you wish to bottle your wine you will use the following Winery Grade Bottling Equipment which is included with each winemaking service package available.

• Winery Grade Bottle Washer- Cleans and sanitizes 30 bottles in about 6 minutes
• Automatic Bottle Fillers- Automatically fill your bottles to the correct level. Just place the bottle on the spout and hit the start button. The Automatic Bottle Fillers stop on their own.
• Pneumaitc Corkers- Simply put the bottle on the platform- load a cork and close the protective door. The cork is automatically inserted into the bottle.
• Label Cradel- Holds your bottles while you apply bottle labels (optional)
• Shring Top Heater- Heats and applies the decorative Shrink Top to the bottle (optional)
